The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is close to a compromise to adopt the set of the draft laws required for the adoption of the state budget for 2016.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this opening the Wednesday plenary meeting.
"Every day, from the very morning till late at night, we spend in consultations. It is obvious we have fewer and fewer disagreements. We are close to the adoption of the draft laws required to pass the budget and continue cooperation with the international financial organizations," Groysman said.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada thanked the people's deputies for close and professional work on the finding a compromise and called for further work during the plenary week.
At that the Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament assured "no one is going to support any decision with his or her eyes closed, instead every decision must be worked in a way to obtain required result."
